BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH – Luis Martins

Luis Martins is an associate professor of Organizational Behavior. He conducts research on diversity in organizations, work-family conflict, and managerial cognition. His research has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Corporate Reputation Review, and in several book chapters. His teaching interests include organizational behavior and current issues in management.
